#14 Set and STICK to a workout schedule

     I'm writing this post a little ahead of myself, but I want this to be another place for accountability. My friends Ashley and Brittany have decided to join me in a weight loss journey. We are doing a 12 week weight loss challenge starting tomorrow. I have already been doing morning workouts the past few days.
     Maybe I'll update this with the progress every week. Maybe I'll make separate posts for each week. I am not convinced anyone but me reads this so I may make more short posts and keep it more like a journal. I weighed myself today for the first time since I gave birth to Lincoln. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I suppose I'll check back in next week.
