#30 Try a new recipe every month - March Edition

On my fitness journey I've decided to give smoothie making a whirl. I just used an info graphic I found on Pinterest with suggested measurements for certain ingredients.

1 cup liquid


1 cup fruit....I divided it between banana and pineapple


1/2 cup thickening agent. I used Greek yogurt


I added a little boost


Then blend and enjoy! Forgive my janky nails and nervous face, Lucy was playing photographer. I don't have an excuse for the nails.
